Advance Payment: 30% of total booking amount at time of reservation
Balance Payment: Remaining 70% can be paid at check-in or online
Full Payment Option: Complete payment available during booking
Direct Bookings (Phone/Email):
Confirmation: 50% advance payment required within 24 hours
Balance: Remaining amount due at check-in

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹)
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST as per Indian law)
No hidden charges - all fees clearly displayed during booking
Foreign currency accepted at current exchange rates (cash only)
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Flexible Cancellation (Standard Bookings)
Free Cancellation:
48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund (100%)
Refund processed within 5-7 business days
No cancellation fee applied
Late Cancellation:
24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
No-show: No refund
2.2 Special Rate Cancellations
Advance Purchase Rates:
Non-refundable once booking is confirmed
No cancellation permitted under any circumstances
Clearly marked as "Non-refundable" during booking
Festival/Peak Season Bookings:
72 hours or more: Full refund
48-72 hours: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours: No refund
Group Bookings (5+ rooms):
7 days or more: Full refund
3-7 days: 75% refund
1-3 days: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund
2.3 Refund Processing
Processing Timeline:
UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
Net Banking: 3-5 business days
International Cards: 7-14 business days
Refund Method:
Refunds processed to original payment method only
Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer (account details required)
No cash refunds for online payments
3. Modification Policy
3.1 Date Changes
Free modification: Up to 48 hours before check-in (subject to availability)
Rate difference: Additional charges if new dates have higher rates
No rate reduction: No refund if new dates have lower rates
3.2 Room Changes
Upgrade: Pay difference amount
Downgrade: Difference amount refunded as per refund policy

4. Special Circumstances Refunds
4.1 Force Majeure Events
Full refunds provided for cancellations due to:
Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones)
Government travel restrictions or lockdowns
Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
Railway/flight cancellations (with proof)
4.2 Hotel-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel your booking:
Full refund within 24 hours
Alternative accommodation assistance if available
Compensation for any additional costs incurred

6. Dispute Resolution
